Manager of Client Services (B2B Sales + Recruiting)
Talener is a technology staffing firm that connects top talent with dynamic companies across the U.S. The Manager of Client Services will be responsible for both recruiting high-quality candidates and driving business development, with a focus on building relationships and exceeding revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Own both sides of the placement process: recruiting high-quality candidates and driving outbound business development with new and existing clients
Run your desk like your own business - sourcing candidates, pitching opportunities, prospecting target companies, and converting connections into long-term partnerships
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and leading offer negotiations to successfully close top talent
Contribute to multiple deals on a monthly basis
Demonstrated success in a client acquisition or outbound sales environment
Make outbound calls, send outbound messages/emails
Comfortable making outbound calls, negotiating deals, and managing objections
Confident communicator over the phone, video (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and email
Skilled at turning conversations into relationships and relationships into revenue
Proficient in ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter for both recruiting and business development
Experience leveraging AI tools for candidate sourcing and lead generation
Organized and data-driven with a focus on measurable performance
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of recruiting or sales experience
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and leading offer negotiations to successfully close top talent
Demonstrated success in a client acquisition or outbound sales environment
Highly motivated by financial success and long-term career advancement
Comfortable making outbound calls, negotiating deals, and managing objections
Confident communicator over the phone, video (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and email
Skilled at turning conversations into relationships and relationships into revenue
Proficient in ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter for both recruiting and business development

Organized and data-driven with a focus on measurable performance
Bachelor's degree required
