They are seeking an experienced Florida Workers’ Compensation Legal Adjuster to manage litigated and lost-time claims in a fully remote, full-time contract role.

Responsibilities
Handle Florida Workers’ Compensation litigated & lost-time claims
Investigate claims and assess compensability & exposure
Apply Florida statute and case law to determine benefits
Set and manage accurate reserves
Coordinate medical treatment & return-to-work plans
Ensure timely state filings, EDI & full compliance
Work closely with attorneys on:
Depositions
Mediations
Litigation strategy
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of Florida Lost-Time / Legal WC adjusting experience
Active Florida All Lines Adjuster License
Strong knowledge of Florida WC law
Strong knowledge of Benefit determination
Strong knowledge of Presumption claims
Strong written documentation & investigation skills
Ability to succeed in a remote, fast-moving, team-based environment
