Responsibilities

Maintain security program policies to ensure ongoing compliance with 32 CFR, Part 117, IC, DoDM 5205.07, and other requirements of all classified programs under purview

Help enforce Security Operating Procedures (SOPs) written by the CSSO and ACSSO

Conduct security related employee briefings to include indoctrination, debriefing, courier, closed area, program access, OPSEC, Insider Threat, derivative classification, foreign travel, and routine annual security trainings

Help the CSSO prepare and maintain System Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs) in accordance with ICD 705

Implement DD-254 Security Guidance and ensure program compliance with contractual requirements

Analyze and investigate security incidents and violations; prepare internal and external customer reports

Help the CSSO/ACSO conduct annual self-inspections

Physical security duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining and changing combinations, access control systems, alarm accesses, secure area modifications and buildouts

Maintain multiple PERSEC databases including JADE, DISS and SIMS

Process PARS in accordance with SAPNP guidance
