Responsibilities

Own the P&L for the complete Fiber cable and connectivity product portfolio, driving initiatives to enhance ROI
Lead market research and define short and long-term product strategies, focusing on market positioning and commercial excellence
Define and manage a cohesive global product roadmap, balancing long-term innovation with short-term customer requirements
Drive operational excellence in collaboration with the Operations team, covering SIOP, stocking, localization, procurement, and supply chain
Support regional Go-To-Market teams to ensure high-quality customer service and robust order delivery to channel partners and customers

Required

Proven expertise in P&L ownership for a product category with high volume and revenue potential
Demonstrated ability in managing long-term and short-term product lifecycle management and product strategy
Extensive experience in managing a global product portfolio with high volume and revenue
Ability to efficiently translate market data into insights that accurately inform global pricing and costing ranges
A value-focused and innovative mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to develop new products or upgrade existing products
