Responsibilities
Create high-quality customer interactions as a Foundever employee in support of Intuit’s TurboTax product/customers
Handle inbound service calls – no cold calling!
Drive customer satisfaction by providing a world-class experience
Navigate through multiple systems and tools designed for your success
Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Qualification
Required
Be an active/enrolled student at Marshall University
Must be 18 years old at the time of starting with Foundever
Willing to complete and pass a background check
Have a passion for helping people
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Ability to research, analyze, and determine appropriate actions in various situations
Solve complex problems while exercising good judgment
Approach life with a can-do attitude
Enjoy working independently and with a team
Comfortable being on camera with your customers to humanize interactions
