Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure alignment with HQ-led processes and standards
Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues across stores and eCommerce
Guarantee smooth execution of POS (Xstore) transactions, including sales, returns, and customer services
Manage merchandise management, replenishment, and stock transfers using S/4HANA
Ensure smooth synchronization of orders, inventory, and promotions between ERP, POS, and eCommerce platforms
Drive adoption of new processes, training, and best practices across stores
Provide regular operational reporting and insights to local leadership and HQ
Qualification
Required
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management
>5 years of experience in a consulting firm or in the IT Industrial department of a large company
Strong experience in IT systems implementation for supply chain management, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector
Solid technical background, with experience in Xstore POS, SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Solution, and eCommerce integration
Worldwide skills: Experience with large enterprise projects in international environments
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different global cultures
