Southern Regional Sales Manager (TX, OK, AR, LA)

Responsibilities
Comfortable being a 'road warrior' - in person expectation of being with customers more than 85% of the time
Focus on sales within an assigned geographic territory and/or assigned customer accounts
Manage and develop new and existing dealer and end user relationships
Quote programs for customers with technical accuracy and within Company pricing guidelines
Stay current in knowledge of Fire Service product features (including competitor technology), legislation, and regulations
Attends trade shows, seminars and meetings that relate to the sales and marketing of our products
Qualification
Required

Territory Residence: Candidates must be willing to reside within the state of TX, OK, AR, or LA

Can speak the language of the fire service—or is ready to learn fast

Ability to work with minimal supervision, self-motivated and a desire to work on a winning team
Excellent presentation and time management skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and communications skills

Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent industry experience
Strong entrepreneurial skills and motivated by building something new
Strong knowledge of PC-based applications (Microsoft Office Suite etc.)
Proven customer relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM applications
Experience working and/or selling in the U.S. Fire Service is strongly preferred but not required
