Manager, Patient and Family Resource Center

The Manager of the Patient and Family Resource Center is responsible for overseeing programs and services, enhancing patient care, and managing departmental personnel while fostering collaboration across the institution and community.

Responsibilities
Develops and Manages Patient/Caregiver Programs and Services
Collaborates with the Administrative Program Coordinator, the Patient and Family Advisory Councils and others to plan and execute marketing strategies
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Biller Resource Center, Positive Image Center and the Patient Resources Program
Plans and implements systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, enhance patient experience and ensure regulatory compliance
Determines capital needs related to technology, furniture and space improvements and oversees execution of capital projects
Collaborates with Facilities Planning on construction and renovation projects
Recruits, hires, and on-boards new employees
Supervise, coach and mentor staff and conduct performance evaluations, with a focus on high performance teams and engagement
Leads other Supportive Care Medicine projects and initiatives, contributing department-wide leadership and fostering intra-departmental collaboration
Meets with Philanthropy and donors
Builds relationships across the enterprise and with community-based organizations to foster integration, maximize use of programs and services, innovate, and ensure efficient delivery of services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Required
1-year management/supervisory experience
5 years of related experience in coordinating patient-care related programs
