Vibotek LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Manager to lead their DevOps team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation processes, and monitoring systems.

Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure

Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, automated testing, and smooth deployments

Design and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible

Oversee containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes

Implement security best practices, including IAM, vulnerability scanning, and compliance monitoring

Monitor system performance, automate alerts, and improve incident response processes

Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to align DevOps strategies with business objectives

Optimize costs and ensure efficient resource utilization in cloud environments
