Senior LevelVibotek LLC is seeking a SCADA Administrator to design, program, and implement new SCADA systems while providing operational support for existing systems. The role requires strong expertise in SCADA fundamentals and a collaborative approach to work with various stakeholders in the gas utility sector.

Responsibilities
Maintaining currency with latest trends in automation designs and equipment for the Gas industry
Fluent in all aspects of SCADA System including: AVEVA Enterprise SCADA (formerly OASyS DNA) baseline platform, HMI display development, Realtime Database implementation, Historical Database data interfaces and reports, Gas Measurement Metering
Troubleshoot SCADA software and server issues
Work closely with Field Technicians to configure, test, and troubleshoot data polling from the SCADA System to field RTUs
Work with Gas Control operators to make sure the SCADA system is always providing them the ability to safely operate the pipeline
Program wireless modems (Sierra Wireless and Digi)
Build, configure, and maintain reports
Document changes, obtain required approvals, and submit changes
Knowledge of RTU/PLC protocol (Modbus, DNP3, BSAP)
Ability to write simple scripts and SQL queries
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement in a small team environment
Qualification
Required
Strong SCADA admin experience
Gas PLC and SCADA experience
Gas utility experience
In-depth working knowledge of SCADA fundamentals as they apply to the utility space
