Lead a team of Program Managers supporting IP engagements and customer success
Shape the strategic direction of customer experience for your region
Drive end-to-end customer journeys from pre-sales through silicon success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage escalations and resolve issues proactively
Partner with Sales to support contract closure
Qualification
Required
B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
15+ years in engineering or program management roles
10+ years of people management experience
Experience with contract negotiations
Strong communication and leadership skills
