Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruiting function, manage the Talent Acquisition team, and design recruiting strategies to ensure high-quality hires that align with business goals and company culture.

Responsibilities
Manage the Talent Acquisition team’s performance, workload, and development
Design and implement effective recruiting processes and tools
Design and implement recruiting strategies that align with business growth objectives
Partner with Marketing and senior HR leadership to develop and oversee employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns
Track recruiting KPIs and present insights to leadership
Manage vendor relationships with job boards and staffing agencies
In partnership with HR, ensure recruiting practices comply with all hiring laws, regulations, and internal policies, and oversee the team’s consistent execution of compliant processes
Lead strategic recruiting projects and process improvements
Collaborate with HR Leadership to design and deliver training for hiring managers on recruiting and selection practices, ensuring alignment with HR standards and overall business goals
Partner with senior leadership and HR function leads providing strategic consultation
Supervising direct reports is a key responsibility of this job
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 7 years of progressive recruiting experience
Minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting leadership or HR management role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across various levels of the organization
Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Preferred
