Champion Windows & Home Exteriors is seeking an Installation Supervisor for residential home improvements. The Installation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing installation crews, ensuring jobs are completed according to company guidelines, and monitoring subcontractor quality and performance.

Responsibilities

Review new jobs for accuracy and completeness and make sure that jobs are placed on the books

Track labor and material costs

Ensure all employee personnel and payroll information is processed

Maintain branch production speed

Review concerns with Regional Manager

Executing Jump program

Employee and subcontractor recruitment

Review schedules with Operations Supervisor and Regional Manager

Required

Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction field operations, with a focus on sunrooms, doors, and windows

Competent in the use of technology and able to function proficiently

Well organized and have the ability to think on your feet

Proactive in managing customer/employee/subcontractor interactions

Ability to work within the organization to deliver win-win solutions for both customers and employees/subcontractors
