Radiologic Technologist - General Radiology - Main Campus (Nights, 3 X 12)
Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging examinations on pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients for procedures, operating radiologic equipment, ensuring quality images, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide proper patient care.

Responsibilities
Prepares pediatric patients for radiologic procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety
Operates radiologic equipment to capture images of pediatric patients' internal organs and structures
Reviews images to ensure they meet quality standards and are suitable for diagnostic purposes
Maintains accurate patient records and ensures patient confidentiality
Collaborates other healthcare professionals to coordinate proper patient care
Maintains and updates knowledge of radiologic technology and safety procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited educational program for Radiologic Technology
Active Status with the Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Valid 'R' category Ohio Radiological License
CPR certification
Excellent communication and organizational skills
One year of clinical experience in the Radiological Sciences
Preferred
Experience in pediatric setting
