Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors in both public and private sector environments
Deep functional and technical expertise across all core SuccessFactors modules
Strong experience with SuccessFactors-SAP ERP integration, middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi), and cloud architecture principles
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with HR analytics, dashboarding, and visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud) is a strong plus
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 6+ years in an architect role
Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors in both public and private sector environments
Deep functional and technical expertise across all core SuccessFactors modules
