Required

Experience planning and supporting Marine Corps training requirements at the regiment level and below

Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience as an Operations Officer or Chief of an infantry or other ground combat arms battalion or regiment
Knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process
Ability to coordinate with local commands to develop support plans that incorporate Marine Corps training systems
Completion of Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School or Command and Staff College or equivalent service level schools
Project Management Professional Certification
