Senior LevelVibotek LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements within IT service management and automation.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Lead the technical architecture and implementation of ServiceNow modules and functionalities (CMBD, GRC, Domain Separation, Integrations, Flows, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems
Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development and solution architecture
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications
Ensure system performance, scalability, and security in ServiceNow solutions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Solution Architect
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and configuration
Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, REST, SOAP, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
ServiceNow certification (Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or similar)
