Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and priorities with precision and foresight, ensuring time is invested in the right places
Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, ensuring the CEO’s voice and values come through in every interaction
Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and follow-ups that help leadership make smart, timely decisions
Act as a liaison with the Board, investors, partners, and internal teams—building trust and fostering strong connections
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of customer-facing and internal events—including conferences, trade shows, offsites, and celebrations
Ensure all events and office initiatives reflect our company’s values, brand, and goals
Oversee vendors, budgets, contracts, and timelines for both events and office-related projects
Manage office operations, supplies, and layouts to maintain an organized, inspiring, and functional environment
Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and create structure in the middle of a dynamic, evolving business

Required

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the flexibility to adapt when priorities shift

Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with care
Creative and resourceful, with a strong eye for design and an appreciation for meaningful experiences
Experienced in planning and executing events of varying scale and complexity
Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and event management tools
Calm under pressure, resilient, and solution-oriented
5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives (C-level preferred) and managing corporate or large-scale events
