Responsibilities

Support a range of Global Production system architectures including, but not limited to, electronic and algorithmic trading platforms
Engage in FIX API integration tasks
Efficiently troubleshoot and document issues
Handle system installations, upgrades, and configurations
Monitor systems and conduct regular checks
Convey requirements for system improvements
Develop tools for support, focusing on automation
Provide training to users as necessary
Participate in varied shift timings and be available on-call based on rotation

Required

Deep understanding of FX business products and eMarkets
Expertise in SQL (both SQL Server and Oracle), Excel/VBA, and Unix/Linux systems
Familiarity with networking, market data, and messaging technologies

Preferred

Scripting knowledge is a plus
Proficiency in C++/C# is advantageous
