Responsibilities
Develop and champion the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for our renters to increase the number of Renter applications, increase conversion across the funnel & implement AI to improve operational efficiency, aligning with company goals and customer needs
Lead a full-stack development team to ship exceptional user experiences with speed and impact through the end-to-end product development lifecycle
Gain a deep understanding of customer pain points and market dynamics through user research, data analysis, and competitive research to inform product improvements
Communicate product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and decisions effectively to a wide range of audiences, from cross-functional partners to executive leadership
Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation, learning, and creative problem-solving across the product and engineering teams
Create clear, concise product documentation—including PRDs, briefs, and updates—to align stakeholders and ensure transparency across teams
Qualification
Required
4+ years of relevant product management experience, ideally focused on growth, funnel optimization, or monetization within the fintech and/or proptech industries
Strong ability and curiosity to solve complex problems while building trust with multiple stakeholders and customers
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide large, cross-functional teams toward company-wide outcomes
Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into clear decisions that drive business impact
Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup, and ambiguous environments
Experienced in agile, highly iterative, and collaborative settings
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across a wide range of audiences
