Sales Development Representative (North America)
WALT Labs is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the North America region. The SDR is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients, serving as the initial point of contact for prospective customers.

Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting, including (but not limited to) cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to identify and qualify potential clients
Clearly present and promote our services, demonstrating how we add value and solve problems for prospective clients to generate initial interest
Qualify leads against established criteria (e.g., BANT) to ensure a smooth handoff of high-quality opportunities to the sales team
Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our key platforms, Salesforce and Outreach
Proactively research and identify new target accounts and key decision-makers to continuously expand our reach
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and source new leads
Qualification
Required
Experience in outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email campaigns
Ability to engage and qualify potential clients
Strong communication skills to present and promote services
Experience with lead qualification criteria such as BANT
Proficiency in maintaining records of sales activities in Salesforce and Outreach
Research skills to identify new target accounts and decision-makers
Ability to represent the company at industry events and conferences
Ability to meet weekly and monthly metrics, including sending 1,000 emails and making 200 calls weekly, and securing 6 BANT-qualified meetings monthly
