Responsibilities

Provide hands-on Identity Security Cloud (ISC) engineering/development support
Remediate lifecycle workflow issues based on discovery for Active Directory and ServiceNow
Automate SailPoint ISC access request and approval processes including Workday and ServiceNow
Attend scheduled meetings to answer questions and support resources
Develop documentation to support feature enhancement implementation
Assist client staff on the open issues and work towards resolutions
Automate SailPoint ISC access request and approval processes
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

SailPoint ISCInformation SecurityActive DirectoryServiceNowTroubleshooting

Required

5+ years of SailPoint ISC experience
5+ years of operational experience working with complex, large-scale technical environments
7+ years of professional experience in Information Security or related work experience
Troubleshooting skills are also a must
