Lead/StaffVibotek LLC is seeking an Onsite Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for a high-impact project on a contracting basis. The role involves leading the design and development of microservices-based applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with various platforms.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of microservices-based applications
Architect and implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and database technologies like PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Cross-functional collaboration with different teams for integrations and file transfers
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews, best practices, and architectural guidance
Facilitate team discussions and manage technical roadmaps
Occasionally travel to Dallas for onsite meetings
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Technical Lead in designing and developing microservices-based architectures
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and relational/noSQL databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with remote and cross-functional teams
Ability to provide architectural direction and ensure alignment with business goals
Must be based on the East Coast with willingness to travel to Dallas occasionally
Preferred
Experience working with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API management
