Responsibilities

Lead Workday configuration and collaborate with HR, business leaders, IT, and consultants to define requirements and design workflows

Oversee date migration, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integration with legacy systems

Serve as Workday subject matter expert, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support for HR and business teams

Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and organizational policies

Manage daily HRIS operations, including user access, data accuracy, and system performance

Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across HR functions

Troubleshoot issues, perform system updates, and recommend process improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS roles, with direct experience implementing or supporting an HRIS; preferred Workday experience

Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system configuration

Proven experience with data analysis, migration, validation, and technical documentation

Ability to document technical concepts and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Process-oriented, collaborative, and committed to improving efficiency, accuracy and employee experience through technology
