Senior Client Executive
Imagenet is a leading Business Solutions Provider that offers innovative services in claims processing, document management, and contact center solutions. The Senior Client Executive will focus on maintaining and growing client relationships while achieving revenue targets, excelling in client engagement, contract renewals, and strategy development.
Responsibilities
Achieve assigned revenue and growth quotas through upselling and cross-selling Imagenet’s services
Develop and implement tailored client growth strategies, collaborating with marketing and operations teams
Maintain and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention
Conduct regular business reviews to align services with client needs and explore growth opportunities
Serve as the primary contact for client communications, ensuring seamless service delivery
Lead contract renewal negotiations in collaboration with cross-functional teams to secure client loyalty
Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOW) for ongoing and new client engagements
Partner with operations, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure client success
Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients, aligning with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management with demonstrated success in meeting revenue quotas
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Located in Tampa, FL, or Los Angeles, CA, with travel required as needed
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare BPO industry, particularly in claims adjudication, document management, or contact center solutions
