Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of the El Paso office
Oversee and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and performance management
Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of valuation reports
Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
Support business development efforts and contribute to expanding the firm’s regional presence
Coordinate workflow and project assignments to maximize team efficiency
Foster a collaborative and professional team culture aligned with LPA’s core values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or a related field
Texas Certified General Appraiser License required
5+ years of commercial real estate appraisal experience, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
Experience managing direct reports and balancing leadership with personal production
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, especially the El Paso and surrounding areas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows OS
Familiarity with CoStar and other commercial real estate data platforms
High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Preferred
Experience with Argus or other DCF modeling software preferred
