Responsibilities
Champion collaboration and cultivate a close partnership with business and the development teams to help craft and implement solutions on both client and server-side technologies
Facilitating requirements elicitation sessions with business partners and be the active driver in the backlog refinement process
Encouraging Agile methodologies
Communicating effectively to influence team members and external groups, including navigating the organization to effectively accomplish tasks
Providing mentoring support on development standards to other analysts within the wider FIBET team
Providing outstanding product support at all stages, including on-call support, when necessary
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Systems Analysis experience
Demonstrated expertise interviewing and extracting high quality business requirements from stakeholders using the Agile scrum methodology
Confidence in SQL skills
Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, including strong judgement, issues management and problem analysis techniques
Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Financial services experience is a benefit
Preferred
Robust critical thinking skills coupled with a desire for growth, to learn and to engage with peers in technical and design discussions
Ability to apply a long-term mentality to help produce scalable, maintainable solutions
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve issues and work through ambiguous situations by making timely decisions based on facts, knowledge, experience, and judgment
