Responsibilities

Responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient operations

Oversees network systems, servers, endpoints, and applications across both on-premises and cloud environments

Implements and supports identity and access management, application and data management, endpoint management, infrastructure management, and network services such as DNS and DHCP

The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems to support organizational goals while ensuring security, compliance, and high availability

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience

Preferred experience: Microsoft365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra), Single Sign on, MFA, backup management, certificates management, Meraki (security appliances, switches, access points), email protection (Barracuda), VOIP, security patching, security awareness, network monitoring, PowerShell, print management
