Responsibilities
Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and execute in-depth analyses to inform product strategy and execution for Faire’s proprietary credit product, Faire Pay
Own forecasting, goal-setting, and tracking of key inputs that drive Faire Pay ROI and inform company-level capital and resource allocation decisions
Drive Faire Pay’s capital markets strategy by mapping out financing structures to support the product’s growth, driving engagement with external stakeholders (including lenders and/or investors), and executing initiatives to both implement and de-risk this strategy
Lead strategic planning across one or more functional areas, partnering with leaders across the organization to position the business for long-term success
Enable the organization to remain highly data-driven at scale by synthesizing insights, building financial models, and developing KPIs for real-time performance monitoring
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of combined experience in strategic corporate finance, investing (hedge fund, private equity, venture capital), or financial services (investment banking or equity research) within the fintech or technology sector
You are analytical and data-driven - you can define KPIs and measure progress/success for your initiatives
You can think across multiple dimensions of a business (sales, product, marketing etc.) and work cross-functionally to deliver results
A team-oriented approach — you care about outcomes and enjoy working toward shared goals
Comfort with a fast-moving environment and evolving priorities
A hands-on and resourceful attitude — you're eager to learn and find creative solutions
Preferred
Experience in fintech, especially in analyzing, scaling, or managing a lending or credit product at a growing technology company
Knowledge of SQL
