Responsibilities

Define and execute Axya’s unified product and AI vision in partnership with the CEO and founders
Translate strategy into high-impact AI capabilities (e.g., PO Parser, Smart Intake, Buyer Agent, AI Search)
Shorten deployment and onboarding cycles; make Axya indispensable in customer workflows
Align product roadmap with measurable business outcomes: adoption, speed, and integration depth
Partner across Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver enterprise reliability with startup agility
Build and lead a high-performing, outcome-driven product team
Strengthen Axya’s ecosystem through ERP integrations (Epicor, Genius, SAP) and market partnerships

Required

Proven SaaS product leader with experience integrating AI into enterprise solutions
Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing (aerospace a plus)
Skilled at reducing implementation time and driving adoption in complex environments
Technically fluent in ERP workflows, integrations, and software development
Clear, data-driven communicator who aligns teams around measurable results
Experienced building and scaling product teams in fast-paced, high-growth settings
