The Strategy Intern will support the corporate strategy team by identifying and evaluating new opportunities, building financial models, and translating information into actionable business decisions.

Responsibilities

Help manage strategic planning: situation analysis, strategy setting, response planning, financial modeling and initiatives tracking and monitoring

Support development and execution of key strategic initiatives. This includes: scoping and framing issues, analyzing data, developing solutions, designing pilots, planning and supporting execution

Analyze business problems and root causes, then provide strategic recommendations and document next steps

Lead and/or vet construction of analytical models in support of both current and new strategic initiatives

Support preparation for periodic status and ad hoc reports for CEO, leadership team, and Board of Directors

Required

Pursing a bachelor's degree or higher

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral, with a proven ability to present information clearly, succinctly, and effectively is required

Strong analytical and influencing skills is preferred
