Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for supply chain systems including requirement gathering, roadmap definition, development coordination, and rollout
Translate high-level business problems into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with engineering teams
Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture
Create detailed technical product documentation (BRDs, PRDs, APIs, workflow diagrams, etc.)
Own prioritization using agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
Collaborate with data engineering and systems teams for seamless data integrations and visibility
Continuously analyze product performance and identify areas for optimization
Qualification
Required
10+ years of product management experience in supply chain technology, preferably in retail environments
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in: Supply chain platforms (WMS, OMS, TMS, Demand Forecasting Systems, etc.)
APIs, data modeling, integration layers, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
SQL and basic scripting knowledge
Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to design and deliver enterprise-scale systems
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to write clear and concise technical product documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
