Program Manager

The Product/Program Manager will lead the development and implementation of growth strategies for the turbocharger category, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and meet market expectations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the turbocharger category, aligning with overall company goals and market trends
Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and understand customer needs and preferences
Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality turbocharger complete solutions
Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market requirements, customer feedback, and business priorities
Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches, effective go-to-market strategies, and optimized supply chain management
Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization
Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product enhancement or new product development
Communicate product updates, milestones, and strategies effectively to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support
Collaborate with FP&A to guide and manage the product group budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support product development, marketing initiatives, and ongoing program maintenance

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
Proven experience in product/program management, preferably in the automotive field
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and decision-making
Strong knowledge of AITF/APQP and OEM Customer Portals
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and driving business growth
A curiosity around the OE_PV space, with a strong ability to continuously learn about products, technologies, and customer needs
