Management of land/site development projects, including technical design, quality control, and project management
Business development activities and assignments concentrated in a specific target area
Project client interface
Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) interface
Financial management of projects
Working with the team to set goals to meet business objectives
Complete Civil design drawings using AudoCAD Civil 3D software
Travel to job sites
Field investigations and documentation under general supervision of Project Manager
Construction related services including meeting attendance, shop drawings reviews, responses to RFI, scheduling and coordination with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), scheduling and coordination with job site contractors
Arkansas (ADH, ADEQ, ArDOT) design code experience required
Northwest Arkansas (Bentonville and Fayetteville) design code experience required
Qualification
Required
PE in Arkansas, or ability to obtain license within 12 months of hire date
BS in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)
3+ years of relevant project experience (5-8 years of experience strongly preferred)
Experience managing civil/site development projects
Experience leading the civil design efforts for public works or site development projects
Sound technical design background
Excellent communication, verbal and written, and organizational skills
Thorough knowledge and understanding of local and U.S. design codes and standards
Arkansas (ADH, ADEQ, ArDOT) design code experience required
Northwest Arkansas (Bentonville and Fayetteville) design code experience required
