Responsibilities

Own and evolve the brand identity. Ensure visual cohesion throughout all of our channels and strengthen trust and recognition across every audience interaction
Craft narratives that elevate our brand. You’ll work across different mediums, design campaigns and build experiences that translate complex business ideas into a clear and compelling narrative
Create scalable design systems. Develop templates, build design systems and shape the evolution of the brand
Translate data and insights into creative concepts that differentiate us. Help us continuously push the mark forwards and position ourselves as industry leaders
Collaborate across teams. Work alongside stakeholders and fellow designers to help produce assets that elevate our brand, and ensure a high level of polish and consistency across the company

Required

7+ years of experience in brand design
A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual systems thinking, and storytelling with a high bar for craft. You'll have an obsessive attention to detail, with an eye for typography, layout, color and brand consistency
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to be able to tackle multiple projects simultaneously, moving between strategic thinking and visual execution with ease
Passion for design and visual storytelling. You're always trying to push the boundaries of design and look for what's next
Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate creative rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
You are comfortable in design tools (Figma, Adobe)

Preferred

You have prior experience working for a B2B company or experience working in healthcare or AI
You're comfortable designing web pages and love to create unique, branded experiences that help tell a story
