Responsibilities

Evaluate behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and their families

Collaborate regularly with the treatment team to develop and monitor individualized treatment goals in accordance with clinical and accreditation standards

Facilitate clinical services including individual and family therapy, therapeutic groups, and coordination with referral sources and outpatient providers

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the Electronic Client Record (ECR) system

Support utilization review processes by providing necessary documentation in a timely manner

Participate in aftercare planning and outcome tracking as appropriate

Contribute to program development through curriculum enhancement, literature review, and staff training aligned with clinical philosophy

Participate in on-call rotation as directed by supervision and program policy

Conduct Level of Care Assessments as required

Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for clients and respond appropriately to crisis situations

Complete all required trainings and adhere to program policies and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned
