Responsibilities

Application management as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Dayforce Payroll application, ensuring optimal usage and system performance
Collaborating with payroll and HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements to align processes with system capabilities
Leading system upgrades, integrations, and configuration projects, analyzing business needs to design solutions that improve workforce management efficiency
Investigating and resolving payroll system issues while providing end-user support and training
Generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into payroll operations and HR metrics and addressing data needs

Dayforce PayrollPayroll application managementPayroll processes knowledgeSystem integration experienceCollaboration skillsProblem-solving skillsDocumentation skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years of experience managing payroll applications with strong focus on Dayforce or similar payroll applications like ADP or Workday Payroll
Solid understanding of payroll processes, federal and state labor laws, tax laws, and compliance measures
Proven ability to configure and optimize payroll systems and document workflows with technical implementation strategies

Preferred

Experience integrating Dayforce with ERP or HCM systems
Dayforce skills - WFM, Benefits, Integration Studio, and Timesheets
Dayforce ICP implementation experience
