Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Growth with Motion Industries : Influence Motion’s leadership and field teams to grow Regal Rexnord’s share by positioning us as their preferred supplier across bearings, gearing, motors, conveying systems, and more
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central liaison between internal business units, sales teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
Accelerate Speed to Market: Improve quoting responsiveness and streamline program deployment to position Regal Rexnord as a world-class partner
Manage High-Volume Requests Prioritize and coordinate large volumes of inbound requests from both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and accountability
Champion Operational Excellence: Establish and manage a robust operating system that supports root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and consistent communication across all levels
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development — ideally in Power Transmission, Bearings, or Industrial Distribution
Ability to travel up to 50%
This individual must reside in the Southeast/Eastern part of the United States
Experience with root cause analysis, decision-making frameworks, and management operating systems
Proven ability to manage complexity and drive accountability across teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical field
