Responsibilities
Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties
Schedule and accompany clients on property showings and open houses
Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms
Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and answer questions throughout the buying process
Stay informed about local real estate market trends, zoning regulations, and financing options to advise clients effectively
Qualification
Required
Current real estate license for Rhode Island or Connecticut
Great at negotiating, communicating, and connecting with people
Comfortable using real estate CRM tools and MLS platforms
Detail-focused with good organization and time management skills
Able to work well on your own and with a team
Dedicated to delivering excellent client service and building lasting relationships
Knowledgeable about local, state, and federal real estate rules
Dependable transportation and a flexible schedule to meet client needs
