Responsibilities

Managing, leading, coordinating, and assisting with core projects and key accountabilities of the IPA Network Operations Department
Supporting AltaMed Health Services’ mission to improve the health of members through the provision of high-quality care and services
Executing on project deliverables, fostering engagement, and ensuring the best possible outcomes
Assisting in data analysis and reporting for the implementation of QI Projects and/or ad hoc initiatives to support QI deliverables and regulatory compliance

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Informatics, Nursing, or related field required
Minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in health care / managed care required

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
In depth knowledge of and experience with clinical quality management and related business goals and practices within related areas preferred
Experience with Medicaid/Medicare recipients and community services preferred
Experience in project development and / or health policy preferred
