Responsibilities
Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program to establish foundational knowledge
Consistently utilize PLACE lead generation tools on a weekly basis to cultivate potential clients
Collaborate closely with buyers to secure agreements and identify suitable properties
Confidently negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers to achieve optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities through the use of PLACE Technology
Conduct a minimum of two open houses each month to promote listed properties
Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
Participate actively in weekly team script practice sessions to enhance communication skills
Engage in team activities to contribute positively to the organizational culture
Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls for continuous professional development
Guide sellers through the listing process, providing expert assistance in marketing their properties
Advise clients on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services to maximize sale results
Qualification
Required
Self-driven sales professional with a competitive mindset
Exceptional ability to establish rapport, actively listen to client needs, and provide effective solutions
Proven expertise in prospecting and lead generation
Skilled in overcoming objections with ease
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Dedicated to delivering outstanding client service
Collaborative team member
Valid real estate license
Minimum of three years of experience in real estate sales
Committed to continuous learning and professional growth
Highly organized with excellent time management capabilities
Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques
