Responsibilities

Process 500–1,000 invoices per week and assist with three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including posting payments and preparing check runs
Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and communicate with vendors as needed
Assist with month-end closing activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Maintain organized accounting records and ensure accuracy in all financial documentation
Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting department as required

Required

3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes and three-way matching

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume setting and meet deadlines
