Responsibilities
Create unique and new designs for each season
Market research online and in stores
Create/update Tech Packs in PLM
Review protos and PPS daily
Color and trend research for upcoming seasons
Follow up with cross-functional partners to keep seasonal development on track per the calendar
Point person in communication with all departments – Product Development, Production, Marketing, and Sales
Ensures PLM data is correct, makes comments/changes to factories
Ability to design brand with a full understanding of brand identity
Submit several iterations of socks
Present to internal team members and external stakeholders
Partner with all cross functional teams and production team on prototypes
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of relevant design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, including experience with color application techniques
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
Demonstrated ability to independently research trends, color palettes, and the competitive landscape
Preferred
Experience with PLM systems
