Responsibilities

Identify, run, and scale experiments that improve player engagement or monetization

Own discovery, delivery, and iteration of player-facing features from concept to launch

Define opportunities beyond the current roadmap to unlock new value for players and the business

Partner with design, engineering, analytics, and publishing to deliver live updates

Use player data and feedback to set outcomes and refine priorities

Track KPIs through dashboards and reporting to inform decisions

Required

3+ years of experience in product management, live service games, or digital products

Experience owning features, systems, or monetization within a shipped product

Experience using analytics tools such as SQL, Looker, or Tableau

Experience working with free-to-play or cosmetic-driven ecosystems

Product ownership across experimentation, delivery, and iteration

Comfort balancing player needs with commercial goals

Clear translation of insights into product decisions

Cross-functional collaboration in a live service environment
