Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals across corporate, group, and leisure segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel managers, and local businesses
Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Regional Sales leadership to maximize performance and market share
Represent the Fairfield brand with energy, professionalism, and exceptional service
Qualification
Required
Previous hotel sales experience required
Proven success in developing new business and growing existing accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a positive attitude
Preferred
Marriott brand experience strongly preferred
Local market experience preferred, but not a disqualifying factor
Strong knowledge of local corporate and travel markets a plus
