Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and refine business requirements for Salesforce-related projects
Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support business process efficiency
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to capture needs and translate them into actionable technical plans
Oversee the delivery, testing, and integration of new Salesforce features and enhancements
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and process documentation to drive data-driven decisions
Provide expert guidance, training, and support to Salesforce users across departments
Monitor platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements
Mentor and support junior Salesforce Business Analysts to strengthen team capability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and best practices
Experience in business process modeling, optimization, and stakeholder management
Proven ability to lead small to mid-sized projects; PMP, Agile, or similar certifications a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Self-starter mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
