Responsibilities
Support development of company strategy together with CEO, founders, and executive team including defining company priorities and resource allocation
Partner with CEO, CBO, and functional leaders to frame and answer key strategic questions
Help identify issues as they arise in the organization and assist in developing best paths to resolution
Help drive clarity and alignment across execs and functional leads on strategic priorities and company goals
Provide analytical and operational support to senior leaders to enable data-driven decision-making
Support the organization and facilitation of leadership offsites (Exec, Founders, CBO Office) and strategic planning sessions
Support preparation for high profile speaking engagements and critical stakeholder meetings
Collaborate on special projects and company-wide initiatives that span across Sales, Marketing, Product e.g., EU, Gulf, Qlimate, company values
Participate in cross-functional workstreams — from market expansion to product GTM — ensuring timely, aligned, and high-quality outcomes e.g., driving series-e-pmo, key announcements
Help identify gaps and inefficiencies across the org and work proactively to resolve blockers
Assist in maintaining and improving operating cadences such as KPI reviews and quarterly planning
Help build dashboards, templates, and systems to streamline information flow and enhance exec visibility
Support coordination across People, Finance, and functional
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking at a top-tier firm
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and develop actionable recommendations
Proven track record of supporting high-impact projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Exceptional communication skills — able to craft clear, concise materials and effectively engage with senior stakeholders
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management capabilities
Demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, or deep tech sectors; prior exposure to deep tech, semiconductors, computational chemistry or other scientific domains a plus but not required
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or quantitative field (e.g., engineering, physics, economics, finance); advanced degree a plus but not required
