Responsibilities

Help serve and grow our power utility and energy developer clients in an integrated manner
Provide practice vision, business planning, and strategy
Establish goals, build and maintain positive client relationships, and ensure open communication with partners and team
Grow and direct a Power Delivery Practice

Qualification

Registered EngineerPower utility experiencePower delivery designGrid integrationConfident communicatorTechnical information interpretationDetail-orientedTeam player

Required

Registered Engineer (Electrical, Structural or Civil)
10+ years of power utility experience
Flexibility to work outside regular working hours
Willingness to occasionally travel (as required) for business needs
Confident communicator
Detail-oriented and proactive
Team player with a positive attitude/client service mentality
Strong ability to gather, interpret and convey technical information

Preferred

Focused experience with power delivery design
Diverse understanding of grid integration
High voltage substations and transmission lines
Medium voltage utility distribution systems
SCADA
Low voltage industrial and commercial distribution systems
