Responsibilities

Analyzes system requirements and ensures integration of hardware, software, and network components
Builds and develops system architectures, engineering plans, and technical documentation
Implements and manages system configurations, security protocols, and operating environments
Installs, configures, tests, and maintains operating systems and application software
Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues
Performs system upgrades and migrations
Monitors system performance and recommends improvements
Creates and maintains documentation, including diagrams and user manuals
Ensures compliance with cybersecurity policies and federal IT standards
Tests, integrates, and validates system activities

Qualification

JIRA CertificationSystems EngineeringITIL CertificationIT Infrastructure SupportTechnical Documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, or IT
8+ years of experience in systems engineering, administration, or IT infrastructure support
ITIL, Atlassian (JIRA) Certification required
Ability to work on site 5 days a week
Ability to hold and maintain a Top Secret Clearance
