Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web and server applications using Microsoft .NET technologies
Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Participate in requirement analysis, feature design, coding, automated testing, builds, and deployments
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and test environments
Support Help Desk inquiries and track issues accurately
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following MTW’s standards
Conduct and participate in code reviews
Contribute to ongoing product enhancements and participate in planning future development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field
6+ years of professional experience in software development
Strong grasp of Microsoft .NET stack (C#, VB.NET, Entity Framework) and SQL Server
Skilled in XML, JSON, REST services, and relational databases
Git, Jira, Azure DevOps
Power BI, SSRS, Excel PivotTables
OAuth, OpenID Connect, responsive web design
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with object-oriented programming and automated testing
Excellent communication and time management skills
A patient, thoughtful, and collaborative team member who's eager to learn and grow
Able to pass background checks for access to customer environments
